# DTL Token

## Foundation

DTL is an ERC20 token that is an integral part of the Dotlab Ecosystem, designed to mimic the function of traditional shares.DTL provides its holders with a source of passive income in the form of ETH dividends, derived from Dotlab Ecosystem's revenue.

## The Vision

DTL offers an opportunity for individuals to invest in Dotlab and become shareholders. This means that DTL is not just about price appreciation, but also serves as a long-term investment for passive income in ETH. As a result, both the DTL and Dotlab Ecosystem are highly scalable and any contributions from the community and team will lead to growth in the platform and increased ROI. Additionally, 80% of all Dotlab revenue will be allocated to DTL holders, creating a strong link between the efforts of the community and team and the dividends received. This structure provides an incentive for investors to hold their DTL and make meaningful contributions to the platform, resulting in real utility and revenue for the Investor.
